We Fight to Win is a New York traffic ticket defense service. We are not a law firm. When you book a matter with us, a licensed New York attorney is assigned to it and handles the representation.
The process is deliberately inconvenient.
Courts and bureaus are open when you are at work. The response deadlines are short. And the cheapest looking option, paying the fine, is usually the most expensive one available.
Most people pay because fighting it seems like more trouble than it is worth. We exist to make that untrue.

Town, village and justice courts across the rest of the state.
We would rather lose the fee than sell you something you do not need.
